"My goal is to try to get people into a state of generalized agnosticism, not agnosticism about god alone, but agnosticism about everything."- Robert Anton Wilson: Searching for Cosmic Intelligence - Interview by Jeffrey Elliot (1980)
Welcome to Agnostic History. Most agnosticism is about gods: how many there are, whether they exist, what their names are, whether they employ torture chambers, whether they care about the state of your genitals. My goal with this site is, like Robert Anton Wilson, to convince you to be agnostic about much more.
In order to do this I'll be discussing religion, agnosticism, history, epistemology, philosophy of science, and cults. By the end, we should know less.
